The Huichol Indians are one of Mexico's most interesting indigenous cultures.

Through this project, volunteers will discover how this culture has been preserved down the centuries and explore the great wealth of traditions and customs that it possesses.

This provides a chance to cohabit and integrate into a Huichol town and to learn many traditional procedures and information, such as how to construct and use a temascal and how to prepare the various plants that are used by the shamans of the Huichol area.
