Here, volunteers will work in a chemical-free nursery, learning about the plants of the region, their growth and their uses, most of which are medicinal. From planting to harvest, volunteers will participate with the care of these vital plants and learn the secrets of an ancient Maya and Aztec culture that passes from generation to generation.
